... Another client has executed a Contract of Sale today and will be settling at the end of this month:

... And finally, we are delighted to bring a new quality practices to market this week (making it five for the month so far).
- A $495,000 Regional North East Victoria practice with stable fees, good profitability and an excellent rural client base.
Buyers, please remember though: you have to register your interest via the relevant website listing as our process for capturing interested parties is fully automated. With an average of 76 buyers for each metropolitan listing we don't accept expressions of interest via email. And please think twice before writing to us wanting to know the precise location of the firm for sale. The reason we aren't more specific with location details is to protect the identify of the seller prior to a Confidentiality Agreement being executed. We are sure you would want the same when it comes to selling your practice!
On a final note, it is great with the country opening up for travel to be back on the road again, and we have trips to Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide planned over the coming month.
