The Principals are supported by an experienced, capable team while the 100% remote model with no physical office enables a straightforward transition to new ownership. A Senior Manager, who handles the majority of the practice’s largest clients, holds 10% equity in the practice and is looking to continue with the buyer and open to equity opportunities down the track.
