Despite the busy time of year we continue to see significant progress being made for our clients. In the last week:
- A $400,000 Brisbane audit practice has executed a Heads of Agreement with a preferred buyer. This practice has been listed less than 100 days and received 56 enquiries from interested buyers.
- A $700,000 West Melbourne practice has executed a Contract of Sale and will be settling next month. This practice received 77 enquiries and sold for its asking price.
