It has been another productive week for our clients as well. A 1 Principal firm, Port Adelaide, SA $425,000 in fees (ID#84) signed a Heads of Agreement just this morning. The practice has only been listed for five weeks and attracted forty interested parties before agreeing terms with a practice with a very strong cultural fit.

Last but not least, we had a very enjoyable couple of days last week at CPA Australia's 2022 Public Practice Retreat in Lorne, Victoria. DMY opened the Retreat with a Masterclass on Buying and Selling Accounting Practices to 200 practice owners and accountants. The market data and insights we shared provoked lots of great questions. Mark also managed to win a very good bottle of Penfold's Shiraz at the Gala Dinner for his sense of humour which was a bonus!
