We are also really pleased to see our client, the Vendor of a 1 Principal firm, Brisbane North West $263,000 in fees (ID#175), execute a contract of sale with the purchaser this week. The practice was only listed at the end of May (seven weeks ago) and shows the speed with which purchasers are prepared to move when they see the right opportunity and a great cultural fit. Well done to both parties for a very smooth process!
Elsewhere a 1 Principal firm, Port Adelaide, SA $425,000 in fees (ID#84) settled a couple of weeks ago, and we look forward to celebrating with our client, the Vendor, once the dust settles on the busy time immediately post settlement.
On a final note of really positive client progress the 1 Principal firm, Regional North East Victoria Fees of $433,000 in Accounting and $62,000 Financial Planning (ID#151) successfully executed a Heads of Agreement this week with a preferred purchaser and will be moving swiftly into due diligence.
