For the 4th week running we are delighted to bring another established and good quality accounting practice to market this week:

We continue to see a steady stream of Vendors bringing their practices to market for sale all across Australia. In the last four weeks alone we have listed practices for sale in Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast, South Australia and Regional Victoria. An interesting trend we are seeing is that the age of Vendors looking to sell is extremely varied and we have clients ranging from in their thirties through to in their seventies. We think this diversity is good for buyers as it provides more options in trying to find the right fit.
As a reminder, we also listed two very different but both high quality practices last week which are already seeing good levels of buyer interest:
1 Principal firm, Parramatta NSW $1,250,000 in fees (ID#181)
2 Partner firm, Kangaroo Island SA $410,000 in fees 50% (ID#179)
Elsewhere a Brisbane client 1 Principal firm, Brisbane South $714,000 in fees (ID#188) successfully executed a contract of sale with a purchaser this week. The practice had been on the market for just over sixty days and generated enquiries from sixty seven potential purchasers who were attracted to its size and attractive client base of mainly small businesses. The sale price is confidential but the seller's terms were met by the purchaser.
