- If the lead up to Christmas is sometimes referred to as "the silly season" it could equally be referred to as "due diligence season"! We have had four clients in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane going through that over the last few weeks. Practice owners looking to sell regularly tell us it is the part of the sale process they look forward to the least. However, with pragmatic and capable buyers who are reasonable and efficient with their due diligence requirements, the process can often be brief and painless for all involved, as has the case been for our clients.
