Welcome to our last Market Update for 2022. Like many of you, it feels like 2022 has been a big year... and a long one. A Buyer said to me (Mark) this morning that it feels like a couple of extra months have been sneaked into 2022. We agree!

As we head to the close of 2022 it has been a busy last few weeks for DMY and our clients:

Looking ahead to 2023, a total of nine (so far) practice owners have signed up with DMY ready to take their practices to market early next year. These include practices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, as well as several high quality Regional practices. 2023 is shaping up to be a very active year for buyers and sellers and, for anyone else thinking of selling, January is the perfect time to start getting organised. We are around all of January so be sure to reach out to us. As our latest Market Data reveals, the prospect of securing a successful outcome for you, your clients and your team are excellent!

In closing we'd like to thank Sonia in our team for the fantastic support she has provided to the two of us, DMY's clients and buyers throughout the year. Equally a big thank you to all our clients past and present who have entrusted DMY with the sale of their practices. It is a responsibility that we don't take lightly.

To all of the buyers out there, we thank you also for your support. Obviously there can only be one successful buyer for each practice sold, and many more disappointed ones, but our commitment is to always give you a good experience when dealing with DMY: high quality information together with transparent and open communication. We know most of you will be back in 2023!
