More broadly, our first listing of 2023 has shown that buyers have come back from their summer breaks with renewed motivation to search out good quality practices to acquire. • A 1 Principal firm,  Regional North Victoria  $1,132,000 in fees (ID#199 successfuly settled the sale of their practice in the last two weeks. Sales of regional practices can be quite different to those in metro locations, and we are delighted for the practice owner that he secured such a strong outcome for his clients and his team.

• A 1 Principal firm, Melbourne Inner Suburbs $430,000 in fees (ID#200) has successfully executed a Heads of Agreement this week with a purchaser and is now moving through due diligence.
