New Listing, Visiting Sydney and Brisbane

Welcome to this week's Market Update. We are delighted to be listing another practice for sale this week:

• One Principal firm with c.$1,350,000 fees in Regional Victorian City 

This continues our recent trend of listing high quality Victorian regional practices with fees in excesss of $1 million. Check out the details below under Just Listed and, if it looks like a good fit, don't delay in registering your interest via the website listing.

As a reminder, we also listed a 2 Partner firm, Melbourne Eastern Suburbs $1,000,000 in fees (ID#205) just prior to Easter. It is already recieving strong interest and the Vendors will start meeting interested parties over the coming weeks. If this looks like a good fit don't delay in registering your interest.

April continues to be a busy and productive time for DMY clients. Since our last Market Update:

• A 1 Principal Audit firm, Brisbane Qld $400,000 in fees (ID#153) executed a Heads of Agreement with a preferred purchaser and is moving through due diligence. DMY generated interest from over 60 buyers for this opportunity.
• A 2 Partner firm, Melbourne South $1,200,000 in fees (ID#226) is in the same position with a Heads of Agreement executed this week. DMY generated interest from 38 buyers for this opportunity.
• A 1 Principal firm, Melbourne Inner Suburbs $430,000 in fees (ID#200) successfully settled the sale of their practice.

This week we are putting the final touches to our refreshed Market Data which we do every six months. Thank you to a number of practice owners who dropped us a line requesting additional insights around the types of people selling and firms buying.
