Welcome to our first Market Update for 2024.
Many of you are no doubt still enjoying the summer break although based on the level of enquiries this past week there are many already back at work and putting their plans in place for a successful year ahead.
2024 is shaping up to be another strong year for practice sales. DMY already have ten owners engaged with us to sell their practices in early 2024 with more in the pipeline. These range from practices firms on the West Coast to the East, metro and regional, large and small. We foresee no letup in buyer demand and the market will remain hotly contested.
The summer break presents a good opportunity to recharge and reflect on what is important in life and set or re-commit to those goals that will help you live your best life. For me (Mark) it's all about achieving a greater level of balance across family, health and work. If a change of lifestyle is one of your goals then we have some great opportunities for sale that might appeal to you.
